Why can't I make a purchase?
iTunes/Google Play may cancel an order or place a hold on a purchase for security reasons.
When orders are canceled, it may take some time for the credit to go back to your account.
Big Fish is not able to expedite any orders because credit card processing is done by iTunes/Google Play.
If you're seeing an error message when trying to make a purchase, you may wish to try:
- Purchasing in smaller increments
- Purchasing a gift card
