How do I get a refund?
Big Fish is unable to refund transactions made via a distribution platform like the Apple App Store or Google Play. The Third-Party App Store’s refund policy will apply to such transactions, and customers who completed a transaction through a Third-Party App Store will need to contact the Third-Party App Store directly with any refund requests (please refer to our Terms of Services).
In most cases, Google Play or Apple handles all billing matters. Big Fish simply applies for the credit once Google/Apple processes the order. Since we don’t handle your credit card, to request a refund, it’s best to contact the vendor directly.
Steps for Android users:
- Visit Google's Returns and Refunds on Google Play help article.
- Tap Apps, games, & in-app purchases (including subscriptions).
- Under "For in-app items (including subscriptions)", tap Submit a refund request online.
- Sign into your account.
- Fill out the refund request form.
- Click Submit.
Provide Google with as much information as possible, such as the Order number for the purchase.
Steps for iOS users:
- Visit the iTunes Support page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the Get Support button.
- Tap the iTunes Store box.
- Tap Purchases, Billing, & Redemption.
- Tap iTunes Store account billing.
- Select how you'd like to contact iTunes support: by email, chat, or phone.
Provide Apple with as much information as possible, such as the Order ID for the purchase.
Sometimes, iTunes can lump previous purchases onto a more recent receipt.
