Uninstalling & Reinstalling the app

If you encounter technical issues like freezing or crashing, the game failing to open, or blank slot reels, it can help to try uninstalling and reinstalling the Big Fish Casino app.

This ensures the game's files are complete and that the latest updates are installed.

Your progress will not be lost.


Amazon App Store

To uninstall and reinstall:

  1. Open the Amazon App Store.
  2. Tap the menu button in the top-left corner. 
  3. Tap My Apps.
  4. In the list of apps, press and hold Big Fish Casino.
  5. When the option to uninstall appears, tap Yes.
  6. Return to the Appstore home screen.
  7. Tap the menu button in the top-left corner.
  8. Tap My Apps.
  9. Tap Cloud.
  10. Tap Install next to Big Fish Casino to reinstall.


Google Play

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Swipe across the screen from left to right (or tap the Menu icon) to open the Store home menu.
  3. Tap My apps.
  4. From the list, tap Big Fish Casino.
  5. Select Uninstall.
  6. After the app uninstalls, please select Install to download it again.


iOS

  1. Tap and hold the app's icon until it jiggles.
  2. Tap the X in the top-left corner of the app's icon.
  3. Tap Delete.
  4. Press the Home button.
  5. Open the App Store.
  6. Sign in with the same Apple ID that you used to download the game originally.
  7. Tap Search and type Big Fish Casino.
  8. Locate Big Fish Casino in the search results, and tap to download.
  9. Wait for the app to download, then open it from the Home screen.

  1. On the Home screen, pull down from the top of the device.
  2. Tap the settings cog button (in the upper right corner).

  6. Locate and tap on Big Fish Casino in the list.
  7. Tap Uninstall.
  8. Return to the Home screen.
  9. Tap Apps.
  10. Tap the Cloud button near the top-right of the Apps list.
  11. Locate and tap on Big Fish Casino. It should start installing.

Will I lose my progress if I uninstall and reinstall the app?

No, uninstalling and reinstalling will not cause you to lose any progress.

After reinstalling, your account will appear as normal, including all your virtual chips, virtual Gold, profile pictures, and so on.

If you're concerned, however, feel free to write down your Friend Code before uninstalling just to be safe.
