How do I report or block a player?
If another player is harassing you or someone else, posting inappropriate photos, or using abusive language, follow the steps below to report them to our moderators.
To report/block a player:
- Tap the player's profile picture.
- Tap View.
- Tap Help or scroll to the bottom of the player's profile.
- Tap Report Player.
Our moderation team will be notified, and the player's chats and images will be hidden from your view.
What else can I do?
You can also send us a screenshot of the player’s profile and the harassment or inappropriate chat.
Please also note the time/date/time zone of the issue and include your Friend Code.
What happens next?
If a player's account is flagged enough times, our moderators will investigate and take the necessary actions.
