Lobby Guide
Big Fish Casino offers a variety of fun virtual slot machines. However, there are a lot of virtual slots that have limited availability (like some seasonal ones). To explore an actual virtual slots portfolio please navigate through your Lobby. Our Lobby interface is divided into 3 main tabs - Favourites, Slots, and VIP slots. Let's discover each of them.
Favorites
We bet you have your favorite virtual slots! Good news - we designed a dedicated place for them to make sure that they are within reach. Tap the transparent heart icon on a virtual slot banner to add it to your Favourites tab. You can remove the virtual slot from it by tapping on the 💜 icon. There is also an option to add a virtual slot machine to favorites from the ≡ menu in slots. Please note that Classic Slots cannot be added to favorites.
Slots
This tab is divided into Recently Played, Popular Slots, and All Slots. Here you can also find Reel Rivals and Slot tournaments, Reward Center, Leaderboard, Club Tournament, Classic Slots, and Classic Games (Roulette, Texas Hold'Em Poker, Video Poker, Black Jack).
VIP Slots
It has the same functionality as the Slots tab but contains the VIP version of the virtual machines and Early Access Slots which are available to our VIP Tier 4+ players. Please note that you need to access the VIP version of the virtual slot first if you want the non-VIP version to appear in the Slots tab.
Virtual Slots

There are several different types of virtual slot games available, each with unique features such as pot bursts, wild multipliers, and different kinds of jackpots. The specification of every virtual slot can be found while playing in the following way:
- Tap the menu (≡) button.
- Tap How to Play.
‼️ Some of our classic games and classic slots are available only to a select group of long-time players. These games were part of an earlier version of our platform and are no longer accessible to newer accounts. Please note that those games are no longer being updated, thus, some technical issues may occur during the gameplay. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. You are welcome to explore our wide range of newer virtual slot games instead.
