What is the VIP Monthly Bonus?
As a VIP, you get extra virtual chips and Gold each month.
The amount you get is based on:
- The amount of money spent during the previous calendar month.
- Your current VIP tier.
The chart below shows the number of virtual chips and/or amount of gold you’ll get as a bonus for each dollar spent:

How is the VIP Bonus for virtual chips calculated?
VIP Bonus amount for virtual chips = (sum of all $ USD spent in the past month – sum of $ USD spent on gold) x VIP Bonus (Chips per non-Gold $).
Virtual chip packages with a price of $249.99 USD or more count for 1.5 x their individual bonus.
How is the VIP Bonus for Gold calculated?
VIP Bonus amount for Gold = sum of $ USD spent on gold in the past month x VIP Bonus (Gold per Gold $).
Why didn't I get a VIP bonus?
The bonus may not have been applied yet
The VIP Monthly Bonus is awarded during operational hours within the first few days of each month. If the first day of the month falls on a weekend or a holiday, the bonus may not be applied to your account until the second or third day of the month. When the bonus is applied, an announcement will usually be made on the Big Fish Casino Facebook page (which can be viewed even without a Facebook account).
No virtual chips were purchased
The VIP Monthly Bonus is based on purchases made during the previous calendar month. If no virtual chips or gold were purchased on an account during the previous month, the VIP Monthly Bonus on that account will be zero.
