Recently, we’ve noticed there’s been some trouble collecting Facebook and email freebies for Big Fish Casino. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience faced with collecting these freebies!
While the teams responsible for the freebies have been made aware of this issue since it is affecting multiple players, we’ve uncovered the following workarounds which may come in handy for collecting those freebies!
Please note, these steps may work for a mobile device only!
Step 1: Force Close the App
If you are unable to collect a Facebook or email freebie through the Big Fish Casino app, try force closing the app (shutting the app down completely) before clicking on the freebie link.

Step 2: Copy the Freebie Link into a Web Browser
If Step 1 does not resolve the issue, try copying and pasting the following link directly into Safari, Chrome, Firefox or the web browser app for your mobile device:
If the link to collect the freebie leads you to a blank page instead of to the Big Fish Casino app, please try accessing the Options menu for the blank page by tapping the three horizontal dots to the right of the link and choose “Open in [Chrome/Safari/etc]” from the drop down menu that appears.
