How do I get a refund?
In most cases, Google Play handles all billing matters. Big Fish simply applies the credit once Google processes the order.
Since we don’t handle your credit card, to request a refund, it’s best to contact Google directly:
- Visit Google's Returns and refunds on Google Play help article.
- Tap Apps, games, & in-app purchases (including subscriptions).
- Under "For in-app items (including subscriptions)", tap Submit a refund request online.
- Sign into your account.
- Fill out the refund request form.
- Click Submit.
Provide Google with as much information as possible, such the Order number for the purchase.
