How do I get free chips for watching videos?
Here's how:
- Tap the EARN FREE CHIPS tile in the Lobby.
- Watch the full video.
- When it's over, close the video to return to Big Fish Casino.
You'll receive chips for each full video that you watch.
I was able to watch some videos, but I can’t watch any more. Why?
There is a limit to the number of videos available to you each day.
If you've already watched some videos, you may need to wait and check back again later.
Why don't I see the option to watch videos?
Videos are only available in the latest version of Big Fish Casino. Check to make sure you've installed the latest update.
Videos are currently only available to select groups of players. If you've installed the latest update and still don't see the option to watch videos, your account may not have been selected for the current promotion.
